Monthly Enrollment: I understand Enlightened Minds offers monthly and session classes, and if I decide that I will no longer enroll my child for the following month/session, I will extend the courtesy of giving Enlightened Minds a 30-day notice, so that our spot in the class can be made available to another student.
Communication: The primary means of communication will be through email and text message newletters. If I have any questions about the program or activities I will reach out via email to info@enlightenedminds.net or by phone or text (559) 569-1375.
Drop off/Pick up: I will arrive on time and pick up on time. I will notify Enlightened Minds if my child will be absent, late, or if I will need to request an early pick-up.
Water, Snacks, and Lunch: If my student will be on campus longer than a 2 hour period, I will send my child with a water and snacks/lunch. I will make sure to communicate any allergies or sensitivities which may affect my student or the class.
Holidays/Emergency/Class Cancellations: I am aware that some of the class days may fall on a holiday and that some class days may close due to holidays. In the event of closure due to emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, I am aware that make-up days may not be made available to my child.
Behavior & Conduct: I will do my best, within my abilities as the parent/guardian, to encourage my student to be prepared for class and ready to participate with a positive attitude. I will instruct my child to show respect for Enlightened Minds instructors and other students. I will share with them the expectation that they follow the rules, which includes instructing them to remain with their group and not wander off into other areas. I understand that if there are ongoing behavioral issues or other concerns regarding my child's participation and/or behavior in the class, Enlightened Minds may come to the conclusion that the program is not a good fit for my child, and that they may be dismissed from further instruction.
