    - Additional information, including but not limited to IRS Tax Return information, school free/reduced price lunch verification, etc. may be requested to supplement the information provided on the application. TCE will contact the applicant if additional information is required.

    - TCE will not release the names of scholarship recipients without consent of the applicant except as required by law.

    - TCE Scholarships and the amounts awarded are solely at the discretion of the TCE Executive Board of Directors (EBOD) and scholarship committee. Decisions by the EBOD and scholarship committee are final.

    - Scholarship Player(s) are expected to maintain a 2.0 GPA (C-average) in their respective schools. Applicant may be requested to provide proof of player GPA. 

    - Award of scholarship is for the 2024-25 season only and does not automatically
    renew.

    - Scholarship Player(s) must remain in good standing with TCE and must adhere to TCE rules and TCE Code of Conduct. Violations of TCE Rules or Code of Conduct may result in loss of scholarship at the discretion of TCE EBOD and Scholarship Committee.

    - Scholarship Players must remain in good standing with USAHockey and the leagues in which the team/club is affiliated. Disciplinary action by USAHockey or the league may result in loss of scholarship at the discretion of TCE EBOD and Scholarship Committee.

    - Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a discount to Club Fees.
