Central St. Louis County Fair Vendor Form

This Rental Agreement is made between: Central St. Louis County Fair Board In the city of Meadowlands, MN and the exhibitor. 

Returning vendors: We are excited to share that our park will be getting a facelift 2026-2027. We're not sure how much will be completed and how we'll be able to layout the vendors at this time.  The area where are vendors typically are should not have much change, but we may need to adjust and can't promise same spots as previous years, but we will try to get you close. 

ST-19 forms must be filled out and returned with Agreement

Please use the field below to choose your booth type.  We highly recommend the outside space.  There are only 2 booth spaces indoors and the majority of traffic is outside.  

Indoor space is approximately 10' wide x 5' deep and includes an 8 foot table. 

Outdoors space is 10'x10' and is space only. You'll need to bring tent/table/chairs etc. 

We advertise booths for Saturday and Sunday.  Outdoor exhibitors can vend on Friday afternoon/evening - there is some traffic in the park. 

Please keep in mind these spots are in an unsecure area.  While we have a kind and honest community, it would be best to pack up and secure any valuables and dropdown your tent each evening.

If you choose to pay online, you'll receive an email with a Paypal invoice that you can pay with your paypal account or any credit or debit card.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY JULY 30, 2025

The Central St. Louis County Fair board, City of Meadowlands will not be responsible for any loss by theft, fire, accident, or act of God. Booths must be staffed during exhibit hours.

The exhibitor accepts full responsibility for all liabilities for damages to persons or property arising out of his/her use and occupancy of these premises. Naming the City of Meadowlands or Central St. Louis County Fair Association liable.
The applicant shall not interfere with other exhibitors by activity beyond the space rented.

The Central St. Louis County Fair Board reserves the right to assign the booth location and will take into account the preference, if any of the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor shall not sell, or allow to be sold of any sharp instruments which includes but not limited to throwing stars, knives, chains, dart, etc; or any firearms of any description.
