Due to the time and attention put into planning your vacation, a nonrefundable research fee must be paid prior to research being completed. Payment will be collected at the end of this form so please be research fee ready. With this fee, you will receive two to three custom quotes based on the information received in this form. If you require more or your plans change after your quotes have been delivered, a new research fee will need to be paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Because hotel and flight rates are constantly changing, it is strongly suggested that you do not submit this form within 48 hours of being deposit ready in order to ensure a more accurate quote.

Most vendors require a deposit and/or the full payment at the time of price quote. Being "Deposit Ready"when you recieve your quote is very important.

If your trip is LAST MINUTE (3 months prior to travel date) please be sure that it reflects in your budget and be prepared to pay the full balance.

There will be NO travel planning until the research fee has been received. NO quotes, itineraries, etc. will be released without this fee.
