  - How to identify and target high-growth technology companies.
- MAY 30: Deal Structuring and Portfolio Management
  - Understand the due diligence process and negotiation terms to know when to invest in a deal.
- JUNE 6: The Venture Capital Cycle
  - What to expect in an exit, return on investment, and timelines.
