Please carefully review this declaration before agreeing to sign electronically, indicating your agreement to both its contents and the associated service contract.
We, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as "the Parties"), hereby express our intention for Simon Baker, trading under the name Ceremonies by Simon, to compose and author a bespoke ceremony script and officiate our Wedding Ceremony, at the venue/location of our selection, on the date and time specified within this agreement.
Having duly received and acknowledged the 'Contract of Service' and accompanying 'Terms & Conditions of Booking', we affirm that we have thoroughly examined the same and hereby commit to comply with their provisions. Accordingly, we shall remit a non-refundable deposit of £150, forthwith, to secure the scheduled wedding date.
Additionally, we undertake to settle the outstanding balance (in addition to any incidental charges such as travel expenses as outlined in the contract of service) no later than 30 days preceding our wedding ceremony date. We acknowledge and accept the stipulated cancellation terms as detailed in the contract of service.
It is understood that the remaining balance may be remitted in instalments of any denomination and at any juncture, culminating in the settlement of the outstanding sum on or before the deadline, utilising the payment terms in the contract of service. Furthermore, we affirm our comprehension that, for the legal recognition of our marriage under extant marriage legislation in England, a separate ceremony officiated by a registrar within a registry office or approved venue is obligatory.
