    The EB-3 Visa program, established in 1990, aims to address labor shortages in the United States by allocating 10,000 visas annually for full-time jobs that have no stringent skill or experience requirements. Eligible foreign nationals can obtain a permanent Green Card through this program by either:

    1) Adjusting their current immigration status, such as transitioning from a student visa.
    2) Applying from overseas and undergoing an interview at a local U.S. Embassy or consulate through Consular Processing.
