SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING THE FKP SCHOLARSHIP:
1. Please remember that we have a short window of time for the application process. Deadlines:

2. Any applications submitted without all three of the REQUIRED components by deadlines will be considered incomplete and will not be considered. 3. If the applicant is a relative of the Sr. Pastor, his or her reference letter should be written by another non-related official of the Sr. Pastor's choosing. 4. Essays and / or projects will be evaluated by a committee of three to five (3 to 5) professional educators and community leaders who are not affiliated with CCFM. Their decisions will be considered final.
5. We will select an Awardee from each of the five CCFM Regions (Southern 1, Southern 2, NorthEast, MidWest, and Western) unless there are no eligible applicants from a particular region.
6. The announcement of the Awardees will be made during CCFM Conference 2024 "The King's Summit.

8.The actual award checks will be printed and presented when the Awardee has enrolled in the fall semester, in the student's name, with his or her college name in the memo.
9. Proof of college registration (e.g., a copy - a phone picture is fine- of the fee schedule receipt with the student's name) will be required before the award is released. It should be sent to admin2@dhccnation.com.
10. OR, the Pastor may notify CCFM and confirm enrollment, verifying having seen a copy of a receipt or invoice from the college.
11. If the Awardee does not attend college, the award will be nullified. If there is a qualified "runner up" from his / her Region, that person will be awarded. If not, a "runner up" will be determined from the other CCFM Regions in the following order of consideration: Southern Region II, Northeast Region, Midwest Region, Western Region, Southern Region I. If there are no eligible "runners up", the funds will be returned to CCFM.
12. Awards will be sent to the Pastors of the Awardees, and we request that they will be presented during Sunday Morning services, on behalf of the Christian Covenant Fellowship of Ministries.
13. The criteria for the scholarship may change in future years; this will have no retroactive effect and will be applied only for the particular year / years prescribed by the criteria.
