Terms and Conditions
These Terms constitute a legal binding agreement between 31 Consulting (us; "Company") and your company ("Client") as identified in the JotForm questionnaire. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or provided by Company.
Services
The Company shall provide the following services to Client:
- Candidate sourcing: Identify potential candidates for job openings.
- Candidate screening: Assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position.
- Interview coordination: Scheduling and facilitating interviews between the Client and candidates.
Fees and Payment
The company requires full upfront payment for services by the start date as agreed between the parties, which serves as a contract between Company and Client. Payment in the amount of $2,700 per market/sales office is due prior to commencement of services, and monthly thereafter with a minimum 3-month commitment to retain these services. This amount will be paid from Client to Company monthly in the form agreed upon by the parties.
Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both Company and Client concerning the use of our recruiting services. These Terms govern your relationship with Company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and us.
Acceptance
By using our services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. Signature line is on the next page.
