Vendors are required to maintain a clean and safe environment at each booth.
Only one business is permitted per booth. Cross-vending is strictly prohibited. If you sell retail products, you are not allowed to sell food or beverage products due to health regulations.
Each booth is limited to one business operation. Sharing of booths is not allowed. If you wish to cross-sell, you will be required to pay a second booth vendor fee due to space and fire safety regulations.
A maximum of two people are allowed at each booth, including the vendor and one additional worker. Please note that infants and children are not permitted at booths unless approved by vendor Coordinators Tiffany Walton or Nina COZART-OVERTON
Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times during the event.
Each vendor will be assigned a specific spot and must set up in the assigned area unless authorized to relocate by Tiffany Walton or Nina COZART-OVERTON
Vendors are responsible for their own products and booth setups. All booths must be set up in a professional manner with presentable table covers.
Vendors must unload and immediately move their cars from parking zones no later than the time allotted (TBA)Latecomers have to walk there products in the restricted area after the time allotted (TBA) (no exceptions).
Parking is not permitted inside the venue area unless unloading and authorized.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue area and anywhere on the premises.
The sale of alcohol is not permitted inside or outside the venue, as per the relevant Able Commission regulations.
