  • Proof of Incorporation for Independent Units

    Please upload a copy of your Certificate of Good Standing with the Secretary of State as proof of incorporation for Independent units. If you are a high school group opting to compete in an independent class, please upload your proof of incorporation from your booster or other supporting organization here.

  • Performer Liability

  • Please note for the 2025 season, ALL performers will be required to submit a liability waiver to RMCGA in order to be compliant with our insurance policy.

    This does NOT apply to units that are only submitting virtual performances for feedback (i.e. Club Class).

  • SafeSport Documentation

    In addition to providing SafeSport training certificates to WGI, all RMCGA Directors, staff, volunteers, and any adult persons that have contact with members during the duration of the season must provide training certificates.

  • Code of Conduct

    RMCGA adheres to WGI's Code of Conduct for all groups participating in RMCGA sanctioned events. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved with Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association, including all participants, minor participants, groups, instructional staff, Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association personnel, volunteers, and contractors. Violations of this Code of Conduct will be handled as described in the 2025 RMCGA Procedures.
