Sunnyfest will take place from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Gately Park. Some volunteer positions are needed beyond these hours so please consider the time slots when selecting where you'd like to volunteer.

Volunteer Check-In (2 slots available) | 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (6 hours)

Welcome Crew (3 slots available) | 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. (2 hours)

VIP Check-In (2 slots available) | 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. (2 hours)

Vendor Check-In (2 slots available) | 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (1 hour)

Grounds Patrol (5 slots available) | 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (4.5 hours)

Liability Agreement

Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in Sunnyfest, the participant (Volunteer) releases and forever discharges Lightly Salted Productions (Promoter)/ Gatley Park/ Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center and its owner, partners and assigns from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in death of the participant (Volunteer) which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the participant (Volunteer) participation at Sunnyfest and notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been solely or partly by the negligence of Sunnyfest promoter and partners.

The participant understands that they will not be able to participate in Sunnyfest in the capacity of a volunteer if they do not agree to these terms.

By agreeing to these terms, the participant (Volunteer) acknowledges that they do not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental, that would limit or prevent thus said participant (Volunteer) from participating in Sunnyfest.

The participant (Volunteer) hereby acknowledges that by agreeing to these terms and conditions, said participant (Volunteer) and participant’s (Volunteer) representatives (spouse, heirs, executors, legal representative, administrators and assigns etc.) are forever prevented from suing Sunnyfest’s promoter and its partners and otherwise claiming against Sunnyfest’s promoter and its partners for any property loss, damage, or personal injury that the participant (Volunteer) may sustain while participating in or preparing for Sunnyfest.

Photo/Video Waiver

I, the participant (Volunteer) hereby grant Lightly Salted Productions and its assigns, licensees, and successors the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me or my property taken by Sunnyfest’s representatives or hired company on Saturday, August 3, 2024, for any purpose, including without limitation commercial, advertising, and promotional purposes.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph and/or video.
