Purpose

The purpose of this form is to facilitate the nomination of people to be appointed to the Capital Football Premier Leagues, Community Leagues, Juniors and Referee Standing Advisory Committees.

Please see the Capital Football By-laws and Terms of Reference for details on functions of each committee, who is eligible for election, who can nominate and who can vote.

Nomination for Committee

A person who is eligible for election according to paragraphs 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 7.1 or 8.1 must be nominated for election by either of the following, as appropriate:

a)    A Club affiliated with Capital Football (by a resolution of the committee of the club communicated to Capital Football by the President of the club); or

b)    In the case of the Referee’s Standing Advisory Committee, two registered senior referees within Capital Football. 

Key dates

Nominations close - 5pm Wednesday 23 January 2025.

Elections - will be confirmed if required. 

Process

Once Nominator 1 has filled out the form, please click Submit. Emails will be sent out to Nominator 2 (if applicable) and the Nominee to complete the form.
