DBS Application Consent Form
Under GDPR legislation, Nexgen Group is required to gain your formal Consent in order to transmit your personal information/data onto a third-party Company, and other Departments outside of Human Resources (that will process your Application).

This form confirms your consent to allow Nexgen Group to share the personal data we hold on file for you to a third-party agency registered by the Disclosure and Barring Service, for the sole purpose of conducting a Basic, Standard or Enhanced DBS Check.

I consent to the DBS providing an electronic result directly to the registered body that has submitted my application. I understand that an electronic result contains a message that indicates either the certificate is blank or to await certificate which will indicate that my certificate contains information. In some cases the registered body may provide this information directly to my employer prior to me receiving my certificate.
