•I do not collect deposits, however, if you are a first time client I require a valid form of identification to secure your appointment reservation.
•5 minute grace period! arriving late or failure to attend scheduled appointments may result in the full price being required before booking future sessions with me.
•Only one guest allowed per room for safety and sanitation reasons. Children and pets must be supervised in the waiting area or car.
•I am currently employed full-time at a spa, so my availability may vary at times. If a later time is needed or you need me to squeeze you in contact me, if possible I can make it happen and full price will be required.
•this is not a requirement but if possible try to come in with no makeup on! Let your skin breathe
•Please remember to consider the presence of other small businesses. Be respectful when using shared areas such as the bathroom and parking lot. You will be prohibited from making future bookings if you demonstrate disrespect towards other businesses.
•Harassment and disrespect are not tolerated. Individuals engaging in such behavior will be prohibited from future bookings with me and the neighboring businesses.
•The terms of my studio lease restrict me from discussing certain topics, such as politics or religion. Please respect if I request to change the subject. This time is for self-care, and certain topics can be disruptive.
