Congratulations! Your project has been awarded funding by FFTN's Partners.

To facilitate the distribution of your grant funds and ensure project progress aligns with funding goals, we kindly ask you to complete this Funds Distribution Request Form. This form allows you to specify the amount you require for the next stage of your project and provide details on how the funds will be utilised.

We recommend that all funding requests be submitted at least one month in advance, as it may take up to four weeks before the requested funds hit your account.

For request over $10,000 that are not for a single asset purchase like property or a vehicle, we will release 2-3 months of projected anticipated costs at a time.

For all first time request, a detailed budget that aligns with the total amount awarded by FFTN's partners must be completed and uploaded.
