Fishing Gear List Template
Thanks for creating a Guidefitter Gear List! This form will walk you through the steps of building a fishing specific gear list and should only take you 20-30 minutes to complete. If you are looking for a fishing specific template, please see our Fishing Gear List template instead. You are more than welcome to submit multiple gear lists for different pursuits as well! Just complete and submit your current form and then create an additional list. Please note that once gear lists are submitted, you may be contacted to further detail your list.

(You are able to come back and complete/ change your answers for 30 days after you submit your initial list).
