Renter is responsible for making pick-up/drop-off arrangements with staff. Pickup/Dropoff not available on Saturday or Sunday. Failure to meet at agreed upon time will result in loss of payment. The Village and Village Staff will NOT be available to facilitate pick-ups outside of the initial agreed upon time or outside of normal business hours. Rental amount of $35 per tent ($70 for both) is per event. The name on the agreement form is responsible for the tent rented during the dates listed above. There is a $365 replacement cost if the tent is damaged, lost or stolen.

Rental amount of $2 per chair is per event. The Village has 20 black folding chairs, and 25 tan folding chairs with cushions. There is a $15/chair replacement cost if the chairs are lost, damaged or stolen.
