Compensation:

Starting rate: $15.00-$18.50 (Based on experience)

Job Description:

• Coordinating and dispatching vehicles efficiently to meet customer needs.

• Monitoring the locations of vehicles using GPS and other tracking systems to ensure timely service.

• Communicating effectively with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve any service issues.

• Maintaining detailed records of calls, dispatches, and customer interactions.

• Ensuring that all transportation activities are conducted with the highest regard for safety and compliance.

• Build positive relationships with passengers through professional and courteous service.
  
  
• Routine cleaning and administrative tasks including filing.

Qualifications:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communicators with strong problem-solving skills.

• Committed to upholding our high standards of service and passenger safety.

• Familiarity with the local area geography and route planning.

• Experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Must be at least 23 years of age.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Good driving record with knowledge of local area roads and destinations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to navigate efficiently and manage time effectively.

• Comfortable with using technology, such as GPS and Smartphone.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

• Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work flexibly according to transportation demand.

• Must have reliable transportation to the starting point of shifts.
