A transfer PIN is required for most VoIP and mobile number porting requests. Please check with your outgoing carrier and provide the PIN number here.

You must submit a fully filled-out Twilio Letter of Authorization (LOA) for each carrier you are transferring your numbers away from. If you are transferring more than four (4) numbers (the first four must be added on this LOA), you may include additional LOAs, or you may include & attach a PDF doc listing all additional numbers.

Business Verification
Business verification is optional but is recommended. We can request a business verification to associate your phone number to your business entity, as well as to show a Company name as the caller ID on landlines. Cell phones DO NOT all have a caller ID option; however, it does help with carrier call verification and "potential spam" flags. We also recommend that you register your number(s) at www.freecallerregistry.com. Please note that Business Verification cannot be completed without a business EIN.

Enrollment Season Considerations
Please note that porting a phone number can take 10-15 business days or more, and that during porting finalization phones may be down for 1-2 hours as phone numbers are allocated to your account and set up.
