Definition of a Regular Member: A Regular Member is defined as any union contractor, construction manager or general contractor which hires union contractors and/or subcontractors i.e., an individual, firm, partnership, or corporation (or division or department thereof), engaged in industrial construction and/or maintenance, steel erection, or heavy commercial construction as a significant part of its business.
