Emergency Information

Registration and Payment

• All children taking part in camps must be registered.
• Payment must be made in full by 21 September 2026 or arrangements can be made to pay cash on the day
• Cancellation after 28 September 2026 incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the total owed, unless the child has an illness that is long term and these will be dealt with on a case by case situation

General

• Please ensure that your child wears appropriate clothing and sports shoes
• Parents must please drop their children off on time for the start of the camp and Playball is not responsible for looking after children after the camp times.
• I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Playball during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Playball, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Playball and all its coaches and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of participating in selected camp sessions. Standard First Aid procedures will be followed in the case of an injury.
