Parkinson's Program Interest Form
Please note: this is an interest form only. After submission, we will contact you to discuss your fitness level and to complete class registration based on available space. Classes are open to participants ages 18+ with Parkinson’s Disease but an aide may be required to attend, depending on participant mobility and balance constraints. Classes are free as a membership benefit to all WWFY members and $125/month for non-members which includes registration in one, two or all three classes offered (space dependent).
