This form acts as the official nonattendee form for the Minneapolis DFL citywide caucus. Under Minnesota DFL rules, all online forms must be submitted by 72 hours before the caucus start time. Please submit your form by Saturday, April 5 at 6:59 pm. The form will automatically close on Saturday, April 5 at 7:00 pm. Caucus Night is Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
