Should you be selected, my email response to this submission form will only include your appointment date and time, and answers to the questions you may list below.

Your deposit is $50.00 and it is NON-REFUNDABLE and is included in the final cost.

Only when the deposit is made, both the tattoo piece and the appointment date will be reserved .

Customs designs are open early every month, announced via IG (@amaizink_tattoo) and Patreon!
Customs draft will be sent 1-2 days before the appointment.
