Please read this waiver carefully before accessing or using Spirit Of The Heavens’ website or visiting our physical location.
By accessing our website or visiting our premises, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Commercial Use of Land:
Spirit Of The Heavens (“S.O.T.H.”) is a sanctuary dedicated to personal growth and inner reflection. We strictly prohibit any commercial use of our land, including conducting business activities, offering services for profit, or hosting commercial events and commercial photography.
Meditation as a Service:
At S.O.T.H., “meditation as a service” refers to meditation facilitated by our experienced guides and teachers. We do not offer meditation as a service nor allow others to facilitate guided meditations. Meditation is considered a spiritual practice that enhances individual well-being and inner harmony. We encourage guests who are interested in meditation to do so individually.
Etiquette Guidelines:
Guests agree not to engage in activities that may disrupt other guests’ experiences, including playing musical instruments, chanting, holding ceremonies, or burning sage. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
Instruments, Ceremonial Pieces and Related Items:
Guests are kindly asked to refrain from bringing any musical instruments (drums, etc.), ceremonial items (such as sage, incense, candles, etc.), and other related tools & props. S.O.T.H. strives to maintain a serene atmosphere in which guests are encouraged to connect with the land and natural elements, just BEING versus DOING.
Land Reverence Guidelines:
Please honor the land and its caretakers by refraining from the mentioned etiquette violations and showing appreciation for the environment and structures. Respect the property’s integrity, avoid harm, and be grateful for the opportunity to be here. Keep in mind that this is private property opened to guests. Thank you for helping preserve the land’s beauty.
Host Responsibility Guidelines:
We do not permit any hosting, events, parties, groups, or gatherings on the property, whether paid or unpaid. This policy is in place to maintain the privacy and tranquility of all guests and to preserve the integrity of the premises. Guests are responsible for the care of all property and equipment provided during their stay; lost or damaged remote controls (TV, A/C, fan) will incur a $100 replacement fee. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated.
Cleaning Fees:
An additional $85 cleaning fee applies for stays of 7+ nights (deep cleaning) or for checkouts on major holidays (holiday cleaning). Only one additional fee will apply per reservation.
Safety Disclaimer:
Guests acknowledge and accept that they utilize the property at their own risk. The host and property owners shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the premises. You shall exercise caution and adhere to any safety guidelines provided by the host.
Security Monitoring & Equipment:
For the safety of all guests and staff, Spirit of the Heavens maintains security cameras at the main entry gate and select non-private exterior areas. Guests may not cover, block, disable, unplug, or tamper with any security equipment. Any interference with safety systems will incur a $250 fee and may result in removal from the property.
Compliance with Policies:
Our website guests and users must comply with these policies and refrain from commercial activities on S.O.T.H.’s premises. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in your removal from the premises and legal action as necessary.
Legal Disclaimer:
S.O.T.H. reserves the right to take legal action and impose fines against any individuals or entities found to violate our policies, including unauthorized commercial activities on our land. Any disputes arising from the use of S.O.T.H.’s land or website will be governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
For health and safety reasons, I respectfully agree to abide by Spirit Of The Heavens, Sedona’s request not to partake in smoking, drinking, drugs, discharging firearms and use of scented or unscented candles.
This form covers all interactions, engagements, products, lodging, services and experiences associated with my connection with Spirit Of The Heavens, Sedona.
Non-Discrimination:
Spirit Of The Heavens, Sedona, does not discriminate against, or segregate, any person or group of persons on the basis of race, color, sex, creed, national origin or ancestry in accepting participants in the programs offered, and the occupancy, tenure or use of the property or any portion thereof.
Release and Indemnity:
The undersigned hereby releases S.O.T.H., LLC dba Spirit Of The Heavens, Sedona, and its assignees, transferees, principals, heirs, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in any activities, services, or events at Spirit Of The Heavens, Sedona.
