Thank you for your interest in teaching a workshop at Oneness Fest!

Teaching a workshop is a great way to introduce yourself to many new and potential clients, while also helping to support our nonprofit organization.

Applications are sent to our selection committee who will make the final decisions on which workshops will be included for this year's festival.

Please complete the form so that we have all the information our committee needs to make their final selection decisions and to make sure we have all the correct information for marketing your workshop on our website/social channels.

Our mission as a nonprofit organization is to increase both the awareness and access to 'body-mind-spirit' providers/vendors, while also working to increase the success of each of you. Oneness Fest is an opportunity to introduce and feature the many talented facilitators we have in the AWAKE family to the hundreds of individuals attending the festival each year.

NOTICE: We try our best to support the community that supports us. The following factors are taken into account when making our selections:

2. Have you provided a workshop at a past event?

ALL WORKSHOP FACILITATORS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AN 'ALL ACCESS' FESTIVAL TICKET.

TEACHING ONE, 1-HR WORKSHOP PROVIDES 50% OFF
THE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET PRICE FOR 3-DAY OR 1-DAY 'ALL ACCESS' TICKETS.

NEW THIS YEAR, IF YOU PURCHASE THE 3-DAY TICKET, YOU MAY ARRIVE THURSDAY EVENING AND DEPART MONDAY MORNING ALONGSIDE VIP'S AND VOLUNTEERS. MAKING THIS ESSENTIALLY A 5-DAY EXPERIENCE.

A SPECIAL TICKET LINK WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER YOUR WORKSHOP HAS BEEN APPROVED.

UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NO OPTION TO TEACH A SECOND WORKSHOP OR ADD VOLUNTEER SHIFTS FOR AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT.

Our ticket fees help us to remain financially solvent while rewarding volunteers for their hard work and contribution to this community event. Proceeds from the volunteer tickets go towards covering ONENESS FEST'S fixed costs such as; volunteer perks, venue rental, permits, tent rentals, bathroom rentals, supplies, decorations, signage, marketing, printing, insurance, entertainment, sound equipment, golf cart rentals, storage, etc...
