NUTRI-GO WHOLESALE AGREEMENT
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT: I certify that I am a business and/or wholesaler with a valid business Registration number. I agree to provide proper certificates/licenses when requested. I understand that failure to comply with the terms of this wholesale agreement my wholesale account can be suspended or terminated. I also understand that Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the agreement at any time.
SALES CHANNELS: I understand that Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd DOES NOT permit sales on ecommerce channels such as eBay.com; third party marketplaces such as Amazon.com, makro.co.za Takealot.com, or similar; or through the use of Google Ads using the words Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd, Nutri-Go, or other direct Nutri-Go identifying phrases. I agree that I will not sell NUTRI-GO Products through ecommerce sales channels.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE and PRICING POLICY: Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd suggested retail price (MSRP) is R45.99 per bar, R496.00 per box of 12 bars), Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd reserves the right to update its PRICING POLICY from time to time according to market condition and without notice. I agree to follow Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd Pricing Policy.
LEGAL: The Wholesaler shall hold Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd harmless from and against all loss, damage, third party claims, and liability arising out of any culpable act or omission of Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd in connection with marketing, resell, or any other commercial activities relating to Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd Products.

The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Nutri-Go Foods Pty Ltd.
