Mason City Schools Instrument Rental Agreement
In consideration for the school rental of the instrument listed above to my child, I agree to ensure that the instrument is used responsibly, properly cared for, and returned to Mason City Schools in the same general condition in which it was issued, excluding normal wear from appropriate use. I understand and agree that I am financially responsible for any repair costs resulting from misuse, neglect, or damage beyond normal wear and tear while the instrument is in my child’s possession.In the event that the instrument is lost or irreparably damaged during the term of this agreement, I agree to reimburse Mason City Schools for the replacement cost of the instrument, as determined by the district.*
