  • 1. WAIVER. At check in, you will be required to let Outback Ranch, Inc. know you have a dog and sign a wavier stating your personal dog responsibility and that you have read, understand and agree to abide by our dog policy.

    2. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH or Shock Collar AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTLY NO DOGS on the trails.

    3. YOUR DOG IS YOUR LIABILITY. PLEASE CONSIDER WHETHER YOUR DOG IS APPROPRIATE FOR A HORSE

    FACILITY SITUATION. IF NOT, IT IS YOUR BEST INTEREST

    TO LEAVE IT HOME!" According to the law, you are personally responsible for the actions of your dog in camp or on the trail. If your dog bites someone, spooks a horse, or is somehow involved in injury to a horse or rider, you are liable. Outback Ranch, Inc. is not responsible for the actions of your dog.

    4. IF YOUR DOG BARKS EXCESSIVELY, YOU WILL BE ASKED

    TO REMOVE IT FROM THE PREMISES.

    5. PARKING SITES ARE NOT DOGGIE TOILETS. PLEASE

    PICKUP AFTER YOUR DOG. Nobody likes to step in doggie dodo. Please be considerate of fellow guests.

    6. NO PIT BULLS or any other overly aggressive dogs.

    7. THE DOG POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. JUST LIKE
