**Waiver and Release of Liability**
By participating in the Juneteenth Financial Freedom Walk ("Event") on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, organized by More Than A Mom Global, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. **Assumption of Risk:** I understand that participating in the Event involves risks, including physical exertion, weather, road conditions, interactions with others, and potential exposure to illnesses. I voluntarily assume all associated risks.
2. **Release of Liability:** I release and discharge the Organizer, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any claims, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, injury, or death resulting from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, related to my participation in the Event.
4. **Medical Treatment:** I authorize the Organizer to obtain necessary medical treatment for me in case of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred.
5. **Media Release:** I grant permission for my likeness in photos, videos, or other media from the Event to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. **Acknowledgment:** I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. By submitting this form, I freely consent to these terms.

**Parent/Guardian Consent:** I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of the participant and agree to all terms on their behalf.
