Please include what you will need - tables, chairs, sound, projector, etc. You will be responsible for set up/clean up UNLESS it is an official church or school-sponsored event. Groups like Scouts, drama, various ministry groups, dances, etc. will be responsible for setting up chairs, tables, equipment, etc. and then cleaning up afterwards. If your event runs for multiple dates, please list all dates in the space provided rather than submitting a form for each date.
