Please help us accommodate as many students as possible at each performance by following these guidelines:
Performance Policies and Procedures
- Registrations are not complete until a confirmation email is received.

- Please adhere to our grade level recommendations for each performance.

- Teachers and Chaperones: School groups receive 1 adult ticket per every 10 student tickets to accommodate teachers, parents and other adult chaperones. We regret that additional parent tickets are unavailable. Chaperones must arrive and enter with their school group.
- Please make every effort to arrive at WAC 30 minutes prior to the performance start time.
- Performance reminders are emailed approximately two weeks before your performance. Reminder includes the number of seats reserved, the date and time of the performance.
- Performances last for approximately 1 hour, unless otherwise noted.

Accommodations
To ensure your students have the best live-theatre experience, please indicate any required accommodations in the fields provided below. A Quiet Sensory Space is available during Classroom Series performances for those who might need it. Please note: a two-week notice is required to arrange for an ASL interpreter through Walton Arts Center.
Lunch Space
Walton Arts Center may have lunch space available for school groups after they have seen a 10am or 11:30am performance. School groups are required to bring their own lunches, except when involved in the Stage to Studio program. Unfortunately, we cannot provide lunch space following 9:30am performances or before an 11:30am performance. Availability of lunch space is not guaranteed for every performance. There are several nearby parks and public spaces where you may have lunch if no space is available at the theater.
To request lunch space, please email schools@waltonartscenter.org
