Choose ONE or BOTH tracks:
- DANCE TRACK (age 4 and up): 9:00am - 11:00am
- DRAMA TRACK (rising 3rd grade and up) - 11:30am - 1:30pm
  - Never tried drama? This gives a student the chance to try it to see if they would like to take it this fall. Drama will include: improv, working from a script and presentation. Drama improves confidence, focus, teamwork, communication and public speaking.

- ONE Track = $65*
- BOTH Tracks = $115*

We, being the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the above named child(ren) do release and agree to hold harmless NEW SONG NASHVILLE and the chaperones thereof from any and all liability claims, or demands for personal injury, as well as damage and expenses, of any nature that may be incurred by the parent / guardian and child-participant that occur while the child is participating in the described trip or activity on JUNE 6-8, 2024 at NSCA Fine Arts Summer Camp. We give our permission to take said participant to a doctor or hospital and authorize medical treatment, and assume the responsibility of all medical bills, if any. We understand that we will be contacted if at all possible and that our family physician will be contacted if possible, but in the event that he/she cannot be reached, the pastor/trip-leader may choose a reputable physician.
