IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- All regular vendors are entitled to 1 excused absence at no cost per quarter if submitted before Monday 5 PM of the week of the absence. Vendors are responsible for the booth rental fee for any more absences in the same quarter regardless of whether excused or unexcused.

- Excused Absence
- Absence will only be excused if submitted before Monday 5 PM on the week of the event.
- Unexcused Absence
- If submitted after Monday 5 PM, Vendors are still responsible for their booth fees to maintain their Sunset Market Account in "good standing".
- No Call No Show
- When a vendor does not submit a Notice of Absence and/or does not show up to the market, this will result in a Notice of Non-Compliance which may result in potential suspension or removal from Sunset Market.
- Frequent and regular absences may result in a re-evaluation of a vendor's current regular/ permanent status in the Sunset Market.
