If you submit a Notice of Absence after Monday 5 PM deadline for the week of your absence, it will be considered an Unexcused Absence. *

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- All regular vendors are entitled to 1 excused absence at no cost per quarter if submitted before the Monday 5 PM Deadline of the week of the absence. Vendors are responsible for the booth rental fee for any additional absences in the same quarter regardless of whether excused or unexcused.

- Excused Absence
- Absence will only be excused if submitted before the Monday 5 PM deadline on the week of the event.
- Unexcused Absence
- If submitted after the Monday 5 PM deadline, Vendors are still responsible for their booth fees to maintain their Sunset Market Account in "good standing".
- Frequent and regular absences may result in a re-evaluation of a vendor's current "Regular" status in the Sunset Market.
