    Should my application be accepted, I agree to be bound by the constitution and by-laws and policies of VCMI and to refrain from unscriptural conduct in the performances of my services on the behalf of the church.

  • Qualifications for Children Workers

    Christians who are in places of responsibility in the church are required to be examples in faith, conduct, and business affairs. To maintain a high standard for workers is one of the best ways to present Christ to the people of the community. Therefore, the following guidelines will be required of any person who works in the Christian Education Ministry at Victory Christian Ministries International.

    • Must be in agreement with the tenants of faith of VCMI.
    • Live a separated Christian life.
    • Be a partner/ member of VCMI or be in the membership process.
    • Be faithful to weekly church services.
    • Complete a Children's Ministry Volunteer Application.
    • Undergo criminal background check.
    • Refrain from smoking, drinking, and engaging in illegal drug use.
    • Be able to make a minimum six-month commitment.
    • Be loyal to the Pastors and leaders of VCMI.
    • Be faithful to your assigned position.
    • Attend all workers' meetings, trainings and workshops to include Child Safety.
    • Be neat in your appearance.
    • Give thirty (30) days' notice when resigning position.
