Sessions are allocated by date and time of application received and will be confirmed within 2 weeks of submitting this form.

Funding Allocated to Glen Education:

By accepting this place, you authorise that the funding from the Department of Education will be allocated to Glen Education. You cannot accept a funded kindergarten program within a long day care/childcare setting/other kindergarten and a funded place at Glen Education (you can only choose one funded place each year).

Fees Refund:

Fees are only changed for children attending more than two days per week of kindergarten. In the case your child attends more than two days, I understand that four weeks' notice prior to term commencement (in email to the Customer Relations team) is required to withdraw a child from kindergarten or decrease a child's kindergarten hours. If no such notice is given, term fees are non-refundable.

Lawful Authority:

I am the person with lawful authority of the child referred to in this offer form. I declare that the information in this form is true and correct and undertake to immediately inform the kindergarten in the event of any change to this information; Acknowledge that payment of fees is required by the due date to confirm my child's enrolment and that all refunds are in accordance with the policies available on the Glen Education website.

*Parents: All parents have powers and responsibilities in relation to their children which can only be changed by a court order. The Education and Care Services National Regulation refer to those powers and responsibilities as 'lawful authority'. It is not affected by the relationship between parents, such as whether or not they have lived together or are married. A court order, such as under the Family Law Act, may take away the authority of a parent to do something, or may give it to another person.

*Guardians: A guardian of a child also has lawful authority. A legal guardian is given lawful authority by a court order. The definition of 'guardian' under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 also covers situation where a child does not live with his or her parents and there are no court orders. In these cases, the guardian is the person the child lives with who has day-to-day care and control of their child.
