TERMS AND CONDITION

Acestes Training Centre must receive all completed registration forms at least 7 working days before the course start date.
A security deposit of $50 must be made upon registration of any course. The security deposit is refundable if the learner turns up for the course.
1. In the event the learner registers for 1 course only, the security deposit will be refunded on the 1st day of the course.
2. In the event the learner registers for more than 1 course, the security deposit will be refunded on the 1st day of the last course.
Refundable security deposits will be transferred through the selected payment methods stated in the registration form.
Learners are only allowed to defer their courses once (1 time). After which, it will be deemed as cancellation and the refundable deposit will be confiscated. Learners can register again for the course.
Upon registration, the course administrator will generate a payment advice to learners within next working day. All payments must be made to Acestes Training Centre before commencement of the course otherwise there will be no guarantee of place in class.
Course Fees are non-refundable once attendance is taken.
Learner’s Singpass must be working as e-attendance is required. If the Singpass is not working, SSG may not disburse the grants and the learner may need to pay the full course fee.
Malaysian learners need a valid work permit and are not eligible for any government grants.
Course Schedules are subject to change if the minimum number of learners for each class is not achieved.
Acestes Training Centre reserves the right to change the date and venue of the course or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
Singaporean Citizens and PRs are required to attend at least 75% of training hours and pass the assessment to be eligible for training grant. If the claim for the grant is rejected by SSG for any reason whatsoever, the learner shall pay the full course and assessment fees.
Learners who fail their assessment may request for a reassessment date, but payment of reassessment fees must be made in full before learner sits for re-assessment, provided the reassessment must be completed within 60 days from the commencement of the original date. In the event the reassessment date falls after 60 calendar days or the learner fails to pass the assessment for whatsoever reason, the learner will have to pay for the full course fee.
Postponement of course and assessment date is allowed once only, subject to approval on case-by-case basis. Learner must provide valid reasons and submit documentary proof to justify on the appeal. If learners fall sick on assessment date, MC must be submitted within 3 working days stating that learner was unwell on the assessment date.
Upon course completion, learners will complete a survey conducted by SSG (TRAQOM- Training Quality and Outcome Measurement).
Acestes Training Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Acestes Training Centre reserves the right to reject learners if he/she is - Disruptive during training - Does not meet entry requirements - Does not meet the terms and conditions stated above.

REFUND POLICY (FOR COURSE FEE)

100% - More than 2 weeks before course commencement date

50% - 2 weeks or less but more than 1 week before course commencement date

0% - 1 week or less before course commencement date

No show- No refund

Personal Data Protection

Such personal data shall not be disclosed by Acestes Training Centre and its employees, or their appointed third-party service providers or agents unless its use/disclosure is required to carry out the business and or the purpose herein. | shall allow Acestes Training Centre to take pictures during classes and use them for marketing purposes. Photos taken shall belong to Acestes Training Centre. As Acestes Training Centre relies on my personal data to provide services to me, I shall ensure that all times the information provided is accurate, correct and complete. I shall update Acestes Training Centre in a timely manner of all changes to the information provided herein.
