Swimming Victoria is dedicated to creating a welcoming and collaborative culture and environment where women contribute, remain engaged and thrive in leadership roles.
Following the launch of our Women and Girls Action Plan in 2023, Swimming Victoria established the Women in Swimming Leadership Network, as part of Strategic Action 4.3: Create a women’s leadership program and opportunities supporting an increase in the percentage of women in leadership roles on club and district committees and in other leadership roles.
The network provides women across the Victorian swimming community with opportunities for growth, development and connection.
