PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By entering the draw you consent to Upland using the data supplied for evaluation purposes.

2. Your contact information will only be used if you have won a prize, if you opt-in to our mailing list or have shown interest in becoming a Friend.

3. You must be aged 16 or over to be entered into the draw.

4. Only one entry per household will be eligible for entry.

5. Only entries received by the published deadline detailing full names and postcodes will be eligible for entry.

6. Spring Fling members, employees and their associates involved in the Spring Fling event are not eligible for entry.

8. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and will be notified within one week of the published deadline.

9. The decision of the organisers of Spring Fling will be final and not subject to challenge in connection with any matter pertaining to the event, the promotional draw or any other connected event.
