We are currently looking for a Health Care Assistant with experience of working with young adults with Learning difficulties, who can drive & are willing to work in the Barry/Sully area to join our team. We can offer you part-time hours every Saturday and Sunday with the option to also work occassional week days . You will be providing personal care on a one-to-one basis and accessing the community for social activities. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook.
In this role you will:
Engage in all daily activities.
Support to prepare diet and fluids
Assisting with personal care
Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

Enrolment to complete QCF in Health and Social Care
