Terms and Conditions upon vendor selection:
Booth Allocation:
The Festival organizers will allocate booth space to the vendor two weeks prior to the event.
Setup and Teardown:
The vendor agrees to set up their booth by 10:00am on Saturday, November 2nd and Sunday, November 3rd and to teardown and vacate the premises by 5:00pm on Saturday, November 2nd and SUnday, November 3rd.
Vendor Responsibilities:
The vendor is responsible for all licenses, permits, and approvals necessary to conduct their business at the festival. Food vendors must complete the Fort Fisher food vendor permit.
The vendor agrees to maintain their booth in a clean and safe manner throughout the festival.
Sales and Taxes:
The vendor is solely responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes to the appropriate authorities.
Indemnification:
The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the vendor's participation in the festival.
Cancellation:
Either party may cancel this agreement with 30 days’ notice in writing.
Miscellaneous:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the vendor's participation in the festival.
Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
