Please note: all payment options are subject to 13% HST tax, including cash payments and/or additional processing fees may apply on some forms of payment. When applying for financing, you must apply for the course cost multiplied by 1.13 to get the total including tax, otherwise tax will be due on the day of training.
5. A live model is required for the hands on portion of training. This model will only be required during the hands on portion and must leave after this portion is complete. Under no circumstances will a model be allowed to sit in on the training.
6. All courses include a full kit (unless specific to be without certain items), manual, supplies and certificate, however, there is a possibility of not passing the course and leaving without a certificate.
7. Photos and videos are permitted during training, however duplicating any training material or manual is strictly prohibited and is a copyright offence.
8. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable at any point in time. Rescheduling training requires a minimum of 14 days notice, and a new deposit will be required for the new scheduled date.
This contract has been thoroughly read and is understood. I agree to all the terms, and will wait for my scheduled training date. I understand my course will be taught by a Beauty Stop Inc Academy instructor, and I am only guaranteed a course with Josephine if it is for lash extension training.
