This form is to be used to apply for dispensation to operate a Human Occupied Vehicle (HOV) and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), such as submarines, in the South Georgia & the South Sandwich Islands Maritime Zones, under the GSGSSI HOV & ROV Policy.
