I will guide, educate + mentor you as you navigate your uniquely individual path + help you identify the places you are standing in your own way.
During our session: I will guide you through a grounding practice + help you tune into your intuition to guide our session towards the area we will work through during our time together. I'll answer your burning questions and help you ignite your passion for life + reclaim your inner power by uncovering the next steps along your life spiral. At the end of our session we will close by disconnecting our energy and cleansing your aura, ensuring no cracks, energy leaks or leaches are attached to your auric field.

Integrated WIsdom Sessions are a complementary therapy in which the healing power of (but not limited to) enrgy work, prayers, visualizations, affirmations and meditation are applied to overcome life’s challenges. These techniques strengthen the client’s innate healing ability. This system is not limited to any religion or spiritual background in particular, but rather honors the client’s spiritual belief system. It is the organic, often non-linear, nature of this psycho-spiritual process that it is facilitated and encouraged during the session. As it is in most therapies, it is not unusual that this process may entail periods where clients feel worse rather than better in the process leading to a deeper, lasting change and freedom.
