    Hestra warranties our gloves to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for the useful life of the gloves.

    This type of damage is classified as “Normal wear and tear”. Which can be described as the normal breakdown of leather or other fabrics due to regular use, causing holes, rips, or thinning to occur. This is not something that can be repaired and is a normal sign of aging in leather goods and sport fabrics.

    This type of damage is classified as "accidental damage" or thinning or holes from wear and use; damage from rope tows, cigarette burns or ashes melting the fabric; cuts or rips (from skis/snowboards, knives, tree branches, falls or abrasions, other accidents, etc.) and much more. This type of damage is not repairable.

  • Heated Items Out of Warranty

    All heated HESTRA products are sold with a 2-year limited warranty, post purchase date.
  • This warranty form is for claims regarding malfunctioning electronics in our heated gloves. If your heated glove is experiencing a manufacturer's defect in the workmanship of the glove itself (i.e. stitching, etc.), please use the BACK button at the bottom of this form to return to the previous screen and select 'Repair' from the main menu. 

  • Unfortunately, it appears these gloves are no longer eligible for our limited warranty program, seeing as they are out of the 2-year warranty period.

    Because they cannot be repaired, the electronic elements in our heating styles are covered under warranty for two years from purchase date, which is twice the length of other electronically heated gloves on the market, but is still limited to the designated period.

    We often get asked if we offer paid repairs for the electronic components of out-of-warranty gloves. Unfortunately, payment has nothing to do with the irreparable nature of these components. If we could repair them, we would be happy to do so under an extended warranty window. However, the components themselves are outside the scope of repair altogether, which is why we are happy to honor our commitment to replace the gloves for up to two years from the date of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

    All that being said, as your glovemakers, we want to make this right by you as best we can. As consolation for this inconvenience, we would be happy to provide you with a discount on a new pair of non-heated gloves from our website.

  • By signing this form, you acknowledge the following terms:

    • Our warranty is a courtesy to our customers. We are not required to approve all claims.
    • All claim approvals and denials are carefully evaluated by our Hestra warranty team and are FINAL.
    • It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent.
    • Hestra warranties our gloves to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for the useful life of the gloves. The useful life of the gloves varies based on the frequency and intensity of use, and no, the useful life of the glove is not the life of the user.

    • Hestra reserves the right to determine if the gloves meet this criteria. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item free of charge. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty, nor is that type of damage repairable.

    •  Electronics in our heated items are covered under warranty for two years from purchase date - a dated proof of purchase is required to establish warranty coverage period. No proof of purchase will result in an automatic denial of the warranty claim.

    • Accidental damage and normal wear and tear from use are not covered under warranty.

    • Because every person and every day is different, warmth is not covered under warranty.

    • All mail-in shipping charges are the customer's personal responsibility. Hestra cannot/ will not make exceptions to this policy. If the warranty claim is successful, Hestra will ship your repaired/replaced gloves back to you free of charge.
