Celebrate the JOY of teaching STEM with The Franklin Institute at The Joyful STEM Summit on August 15 from 5:00p-9:00p.
This FREE event will bring together educators from the Greater Philadelphia area to learn with and from each other.
Join K-12 educators, informal and OST educators, and teacher candidates for an unforgettable evening at TFI:
- Take home ready-to-use resources and enter to win STEM kits, access to digital teaching tools like FabMaker Studio, books, and more!
- Meet author Paul Reynolds (Going Places and the Sydney and Simon book series) and the education team from Fablevision/Reynolds Center TLC and unleash your STEAM creativity
- Explore new perspectives on supporting scientific thinking with your students
- Learn about STEM opportunities for your middle and high school students
- Connect over snacks with other area educators and become part of a network of Joyful STEM Supporters

- Meet TFI and Fablevision Learning educators and orient yourself to the event.
6:30p-7:30p: Concurrent Joyful STEM sessions
- Educators can choose the sessions that inspire them the most!
7:30p-8:30p: Concurrent Joyful STEM sessions
8:30p-9:00p: Closing Remarks
