  • Welcome to DYAO!

    This form is required of all students who accept their position in one of the ensembles of the Denver Young Artists Orchestra. Please include all email addresses (maximum of 3) that you would like us to use for DYAO communications (Weekly Bulletins, etc.). In early July, you will receive an invoice via email for the deposit (deposit due by July 15, or August 15 if registering after late auditions). Please fill out multiple forms if you have multiple participants. Please note that the email addresses you provide (student, parent/guardian 1, parent/guardian 2) will be used for DYAO communications.

    This information will be used anonymously (no individual student will be identifiable) to be able to report information to grant funders about the demographic makeup of the ensembles as a whole.

  • I hereby agree to the audio, video and photographic recording of any performances, demonstrations and official DYAO activities during membership by all entities authorized by DYAO. This/these performance(s) may be selected for unlimited releases for audio, video, print and/or digital media broadcast, and I agree to waive any compensation and/or benefits. I also agree that my/my student's name, likeness and biography may be used for the purposes of any DYAO promotion.

  • Tuition & Scholarship

  • Tuition payment options:

    • Make a one-time payment of the full tuition amount, due August 15, 2024 (due September 15 for those registering after late auditions).
      OR
    • Enroll in a payment plan. Tuition is divided into 4 payments (after $200 deposit). This option adds a $20 processing fee. Payment schedule: August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15. (Schedule for those registering after late auditions will be September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15.)

    • I understand that my student's membership in DYAO is a commitment to the full season (August 2024 to May 2025).
    • I agree to the above tuition rate and understand that my student’s participation is dependent on my adherence to the payment information selected.
    • I affirm that we have reviewed the DYAO Handbook and that my student will adhere to all the policies set forth in it.
