• 2025 Chapter Table Reservation Form for Saturday Dinner and Auction

  • The cost for just reserving your chapter table/s at $50 each.  It will be charged to the chapters via a QuickBooks transfer just before Rendezvous and will show up on your monthly reports for March 2025.  If you have any questions please let us know.  IMPORTANT, Please inform your chapter Treasurer how much the total is so the He/She can make note of it.

    EACH CHAPTER CAN RESERVE ONE TABLE AT FIRST.  WE WILL OPEN IT UP FOR ADDITIONAL TABLES ON JANUARY 1ST!!

  • We will have a Dessert Auction instead of a sheet cake.  We are asking every chapter to bring one dessert to serve up to 8 people at each of your table that you have reserved. This can be a homemade dessert or store bought.

    How this will work is; There will be an envelope on each table.  Collect money from each person and the table with the largest dollar amount will get first choice, 2nd highest amount will get second choice etc.

  • Chapter Display Tables:  The theme this year is "Pack to the Future"

    We would like to focus on getting folks out to new areas of the state and get involved in trail work projects.

  • If your chapter reserves a table for a display and does not have it set up by Friday at 9:00am, your chapter will be charged $100.  We had several chapters the reserved a spot and never used it.  We could have let another vendor have your spot.

  • Sponsoring:  If your chapter would like to sponsor a specific clinic then you would need to find someone to do it.  

  • If anyone in your chapter wants to get involved at Rendezvous, volunteering in some way, we are looking for random help.  Have them contact Teri Starke or Dana Chambers!!
