Nectar Life Event Contract

This Letter of Agreement confirms the understanding between Nectar Life and the Client listed below regarding the following event:

Guest Count

If the minimum amount of guests do not show up, Client will be responsible for the payment of the guest guests.  If guest count exceeds 15, please send an email to concierge@nectarusa.com before filling out this form.

 

Payment Schedule & Information

Deposit amount is contingent on the number of guests and length and time of party.

Deposit covers set up, clean up, and your party leader.

$50 per child includes all supplies, activities and goodie bags.

Deposit is due upon confirmation of event.

Final Balance is due 1 week before event.

Payments are made through Credit/Debit card only.

 

Provisions

Upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, in the amount specified, the said date will become firm. If said deposit is not received the management reserves the right to book other events to other parties. 

Nectar Life is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or forgotten during the course of the event by the patron or the patron’s guests. Nor will Nectar Life be responsible for the loss or damage to any and all items supplied by patron to guests.

The patron will be responsible for any damage to the premises or Nectar Life equipment (such as store fixtures or merchandise) due to the activities of the guests of the patron. Additional clean-up required due to the event will be billed to the Client. 

The exact number of guests must be guaranteed to Nectar Life no later than 14 days prior to the event date. 

Client may bring cake onto Nectar Life’s premises, but other food is prohibited. Guests may have individual drinks (such as water bottles or juice boxes) in closed containers. Nectar Life is not responsible or liable for any claims regarding food or beverages brought onto Nectar Life’s property. 

Nectar Life shall have sole and absolute discretion to remove any violators of said Rules and Regulations from the premises.

 

 

Cancellation & Cancellation Fees

Should the Client decide to cancel this Agreement for reasons other than those stipulated under the heading; Force Majeure, Nectar Life will be entitled to the deposit

FORCE MAJEURE: The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, terrorism, strikes of threat of strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or and other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible for either party to hold the event. This Agreement may be terminated without a Cancellation Fee for any of the above reasons by written notice from one party to the other, in which case, all deposits shall be refunded unless the Organization agrees to delay the event and use funds as a deposit for future dates.
